Amorgos Municipality declared in state of emergency due to seismic activity

GREECE.– A state of emergency has been declared in the Municipality of Amorgos due to the seismic activity in the sea area between Santorini and Amorgos. The decision was taken by the Secretary General of Civil Protection Vassilis Papageorgiou, and will be in force until 11 March.

It is noted that the Municipality of Santorini has already been declared in a state of emergency of Civil Protection.
Meanwhile, the earthquakes in the sea area between Santorini and Amorgos, in the area of Anydros, continue on Wednesday.
