PM Mitsotakis calls for vote of stability and trust in New Democracy on June 9

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis invited citizens from Gerani, Rethymno, to send a message of stability, continuity and confidence to New Democracy with their vote on June 9.

Mitsotakis, who is on a two-day tour of Crete, stressed, “Yes, you will send a message, but it will be a message of stability, continuity, and confidence in New Democracy. Because who are those who accuse us of supposed arrogance? They do not accuse me of arrogance, they accuse all of you, because 41% is not us, it is you, it is the Greek people, who convinced and trusted us again to continue governing the country.”

In addition, Mitsotakis insisted that populism should not rise again, accusing the official opposition party of excessive allowances.
