PM Mitsotakis visits Rethymno

Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis who is touring the region of Rethymno, Crete on Sunday referring to main opposition SYRIZA’s campaign TV spots that his party will not follow SYRIZA in a grey campaign. What Mitsotakis insisted on was the risk of a coalition government without the participation of the winner of 21 May’s elections. “What Mr. Tsipras has in mind is a coalition government from those who lost the elections and this requires cooperation with PASOK and MeRA25.
The only real and effective ruling proposal is New Democracy’s (ND) proposal. “We have a plan, we have a real proposal on how this country should be ruled, we insist on the parliamentary majority because it is a prerequisite for the stability in the country in order to be able to take decisions fast and in parallel to address the crises”, the prime minister said.
He pointed out that the crucial ballot is that of May 21 because it will send a clear message on who should rule the country for the next four years.
Earlier, Mitsotakis visited the company Creta Carob that makes biological carop products.
