Kastoria presents new all-seasons tourism promotion logo
The new logo for the promotion of Kastoria as an all-seasons tourist destination was presented on Friday.
It was revealed in two versions, Greek and English, at a special event organized by the vice-mayorship for culture and tourism of the rural municipality in Western Macedonia.
“For the first time, the municipality of Kastoria acquires a strategic identity and a modern, imaginative logo, which will be the trademark of Kastoria as a tourist destination,” noted Kastoria Mayor Yiannis Korentsidis, adding that “our region wants to invest in tourism, and has all the comparative advantages in this direction.”
It was noted that the new tourism logo emerged from the results of research and consultation with tourism professionals and agency representatives over several months.
