Dear Friends,

Tasting a delicious bantam at Grand Challet in Tripolis, Arcadia.

It is a sunny beautiful day although in October!

Walking around the town and along the Areos Square.

Arcadia, The Paradise of the Ancient Greeks.

It still remains on the road to the Orthodox Christian Monastery of Philosopher.

Where from the beginning, the religion meets the philosophy.

Between valleys and rivers, approaching the mountain heights through the Arcadian forest.

Reading the long poems for the Arcadian Land, written by Virgil, Ovidius, Dante, Schiller, and Goethe, you feel what really means the spirit of freedom!

But even in the Capital of Arcadia, Tripolis, we, the people who work in the University of Peloponnese, give all our efforts for our beloved Arcadia.

Before my lunch I visited the Paintings Exhibition and the CERN Exhibition about the Higgs Boson organized by the University of Peloponnese at the Cultural Center of Tripolis.

Thanks to the contribution of our graduate students who have received scholarship and they work at CERN in Switzerland.

It is unique to live in Tripolis and I invite you for all your activities to take place here!!!
